  70. LICENSE/REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  72.      MicroCook is not, nor has ever been, public domain or free
  73. software. MicroCook is distributed as Shareware. Shareware is the 
  74. best type of software, it's software you can try before you pay  
  75. for it! Paying for Shareware is called "registering." If you 
  76. bought a copy of this software through a disk vendor, paid to
  77. download the software from a BBS, or got a copy from a friend;
  78. you did NOT register it.

  80.      The registered version of MicroCook may not be duplicated
  81. other than for backup purposes. A registered copy of MicroCook
  82. must be treated like a book, in that the same registered copy of
  83. MicroCook may not be used in more than one computer at the same
  84. time, just as a book cannot be handled and read by more than one
  85. person at the same time.

  87.      When you register MicroCook, you are paying for the time
  88. and effort that went into, and continues to go into developing
  89. MicroCook. It is also the ONLY legal way for you to continue
  90. using the program after the 30 days trial period.

  95.      ..with either MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover
  96.        credit card, see the CREDIT.TXT file.

  98.      All these files can be read and printed from the Print menu
  99. ("Register MicroCook") in MicroCook. The necessary forms for
  100. check or credit card orders can also be printed there. 
  101.      The "Register MicroCook" item on Print menu is only
  102. available if MicroCook is NOT registered.

  104.      You are granted a limited license to use the Shareware
  105. version of MicroCook for a limited evaluation period of up to 30  
  106. days, in order to determine if it suits your needs. Any other    
  107. use of MicroCook or use past this period requires registration.
  108.      
  109.      You are granted a limited license to copy the Shareware 
  110. version of MicroCook only for the purpose of allowing others to  
  111. try it, subject to the above restrictions as well as these:   
  112. MicroCook must be distributed in absolutely unmodified form,    
  113. including ALL program, documentation, and other files.

  118.      To print or view the documentation included with MicroCook,
  119. select "File Reader" from the Tool Menu in MicroCook. Here you
  120. will have the option to print the file you are viewing. You can
  121. also print the manual from the Print Menu. This will add a left
  122. margin to the printout so you can use a hole punch and place the
  123. manual in a 3-ring binder. If you are printing to a continuous
  124. feed printer (DOT-Matrix), you should locate the first page
  125. perforation about 1 inch above where the print head is located.
  126. This will format the text better on the page.
